I have a 2006 Chevy cobalt that won't start I have change the starter check the starter it work but the car still dnt give a sound my inside light don't work my radio don't work what is the problem...

have you checked fuses and the battery cable to the starter

I change the fuse by the battery nd I change the negative terminal on the battery

Check the main relay,and i have to ask,has all the recall,s been done on your car,there was one for the igintion switch?
