06 Chev Cobalt, Cylinder 1 Misfire P0301

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Hey, I have a 2006 Chevy Cobalt.  All highway miles at 230,000.  General
repairs and up keep.  Last repair was new fuel line.

Started it one morning at work, and rough.  Sputtering, sounded bad.
Started driving and check engine light started to blink.  Scan tool told me
P0301.

Since, I've replaced the fuel injectors, spark plugs, cleaned the throttle body
and mass air flow sensor.  Any ideas, or is it mechanic time?

Check spark--proper fuel pressure and compression on that cylinder. I realize if ignition module covers the spark plugs it's a little awkward to visually check for spark, but, still possible. If rough running that smooths out with increase in speed and load, maybe a vacuum leak, somewhere?
