transmission not shifting into overdrive

my transmission stopped shifting into overdrive,i took it to the shop and had the
code read.it said it was the shift sensor in the transmission,so after about 6
hours i replaced the sensor and have the same problem.so after replacing the
transmission i have the same problem but now the code says that the ETC is
bad.I have ordered a ETC.Any thoughts

You have a internal issue with transmission/converter,look for a rebuilt.
