paint started to show little, oxidation in spring thid year, Now all at once it is
spreading like crazy

1 Answer

Car paint is not what it used to be due to government demands for low VOC's. If you leave the car out in the sun the paint will go bad. Use a good quality cleaner wax if the oxidation is mild or a rubbing compound if it is bad and then follow up with a good wax. If the clear coat is going bad there is little you can do about it except re- paint. Regular washing and waxing can keep your paint good for a lot longer!
