Speedometer, odometer, gas gauge, and windows not working on a 1996 subaru legacy

As I was getting coffee last night, after I rolled down my
window for the second time to pay, I found I couldn't roll my
window back up, none of the other windows work now
either or the sunroof, then I noticed all the dash things like
the speedometer and such didn't work either, my heat still
works but wont blow any faster than the lowest setting, and
won't change where it comes out of, I'm not sure what
happened it felt to me like it could have been a fuse
blowing but I'm not sure what eles it could have been. The
dash board still has other lights that work on it like showing
my high beams are on.
