Pull fuse out so fwd light comes on in dash return fuse and on snow road awd doesn't seem to be working

what has been done to the car that might have caused this any mechanic work or home work on it in the past

which axel doesn't seem to be working if it is the front might be stuck brake and if rear it might be u joint in propeller shaft
