Will a jumped timing belt cause me to only get one impulse signal coming out of the igniter to the coil pack?

I've done EVERYTHING the book
says and everything you told me to
do and I still only get one control
signal out of the igniter from one wire
and not the other. My test light only
flashes when I turn the key from on
to off. Every sensor is good and so is
the igniter, the ECM is good and I
have continuity in my wires!! I'm
stumped. PLEASE HELP. THANK
YOU.

Yep it was a jumped timing belt, crank sensor and cam sensor were out of sync therefore causing only one side if the igniter to give power to one side of the coil.
