changed crank and cam sensor also Subaru factory temp sensor new plugs and coil pack new spark plug wires. Checked timing belt and timing marks. Pulled exhaust down checked valve seats and cat.

99 Forester steers really hard I put a 97 outback pump on it still steers hard???? The 99 pump has a wire going to it and the 97 has no wire going to it..but both pumps act same way???
