1996 corvette collector edition - convertible

Asked by aceracer4048 Jul 02, 2014 at 02:57 PM about the 1996 Chevrolet Corvette Convertible RWD

Question type: General

I wish to sell my 1996 corvette convertible collector edition.
Some ads are running the number their car was on the assembly line when their car was manufactured.
Can I tell what number my vehicle was with the VIN number?

The National Corvette Museum has that information on their web site. Also if you can find the site on how to read your GM Corvette vin number, it will tell you what to look for in you vin, along with the production run.

Here's a site (http://www.grandsportregistry.com/96_specs.htm) with information about your 1996 Corvette. This has a VIN decoder which should give you the info you are looking for.
