How do you get change out of the steering
while my daughter stuck change in the little
slats were my horn is and now when i move
it the horn beeps

That happened to me in the drive through! On my car there were little covers on the sides of the wheel i had to pop off to get at the torx screws to remove the airbag. Unhook your battery if you have airbags or you could be in for a surprise!

Be careful NOT to wind the steering wheel fully in either direction or you could easily break the pricey clock-spring. You might find it easier to remove the airbag fuse rather than disconnecting the battery.
