Help diagnose weird noise/feel when turning slowly.

What could cause a 2000 Subaru Forester to
bump/ jolt when turning sharply after it has
been driving for a time and go away after it
cools down. Trans, diff, axles, etc...?

Just flushed the front and rear diff about to test it out. Only had a problem when I drove for a few hours and pulled into a rest stop making sharp turns.
