Swap 2003 Baja engine for 2005 baja engine (ej255 for ej257)

What all will I have to do to swap out my old 2003
Baja engine to a newer 2004-2006 Baja engine?
Subaru used a different engine during those years,
but I can't quite tell the difference..

Get the wiring and computer with the donor engine.
