Question type: Maintenance & Repair

When first actuated in any AC auto or recirc mode  the air flow starts out on floor then slowly goes to dash vents. The cycle takes about 3 to 5 minutes  at full operation air flow comes out floor, dash and defroster vents

something is not holding pressure/vacumm.hose/pump..listen/look for a leak/line off/broken/split.....you can spray some carb cleaner on a few things and see if the idle changes...google search > corvette vacuum leak.

I am aware of that issue. I can not find on line a vacuum diagram. Normally for vac reserve issue vehicles default to full defrost. I have even amounts out defrost, dash and floor vents for the first several minutes. I used carb cleaner without success. I checked under the dash while changing modes and here no leak. Anyone have a diagram of line locations ??

I have repaired my concern. What i did was trace vacuum lines and found inside of the controller the supply line was cracked at the anchor to the the connector inside of the module. i removed it and cut 1/16 off the end and refit to re assemble and find proper operation.
