are the pop up headlights in the 1993 corvette gas or electric and are they easy to repair if they do not pop up

The units I see on eBay are electrical. RockAuto carries them too if you need a replacement. -- 1993 CHEVROLET CORVETTE 5.7L V8 DOHC : Body-Exterior : Headlamp Motor

if none is coming up ,its most likely a fuse or sticking motors,as sometime one will go and another stays

The gears usually go first as Jimmy said check the electrical, usually the gears strip and the lights "hump" the bumper. For both motors to be bad at the same time seems a little odd. Usually that's something that would get fixed right after it happened, and its generally only one not both together.
