make complaint against dealer

Very unprofessional owners, received insulting & aggressive emails from
Matt (Co Owner) of BlueLine Group LLC. I made an offer online and was
told to come down to dealership which took me 55 minutes. Once arrived I
was told the price was thousands more than what agreed. Owner refuses
to act professionally and ethically, stay away from this dealer... Fraudulent
empty promises with zero honor...
