Tire pressure for 2006 Grand Prix

Asked by GuruBRL6F Jan 15, 2019 at 05:48 PM about the 2006 Pontiac Grand Prix GT

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

30 is the level the tires should be according to my 2006 Grand Prix manual.
With a bad snow storm coming in, a Valvoline employee recommended to put
air up to 32, so we did that. Been driving fine for a about a day and now my
'check tire pressure' light came on. Is this because I have too much air
pressure? Please help!

No. 2 lbs will not cause a problem. Check the tire pressure now and adjust it to the proper levels.
