Guys help please

2006 grand prix
The dashboard lights on but IT doesnt work. At times it Will
work When we start the car but its very Rare
does not tell speed it does not tell gas. The radio doesnt
turn on nor the AC Its so hot for my kids please help

Scan it for trouble codes. Sounds like it has multiple problems. Figure out what's wrong at a shop if you have to and how much it will cost to fix it up before spending any money on it. Decide if its worth it or not. Sounds like you might be due for a new car. Air conditioner problems in particular are rarely cheap.
