Everything! But I would focus on leaks, exhaust color (if any), unusual noises, smooth start and running engine, smooth transmission shifting, no trouble codes, good tires, tight suspension to name a few. Ask for a Carfax report to indicate any history of damage but closely look at the body for any crooked or distorted panels. At 245,000 miles, don't expect a perfect car though.
