Obd2 sesor wont get power...

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Will sercuity sensor in 06 pontiac.
Grand prix cause obd2 senser not to
contect to obd2 connector  for
diagnostic part of inspection ?...i have
pulled all sensors out and check...test
ligh blinks with obd2 power supply and
power to air bags...
