Drained radiator fluid and replaced it with the pink dextrin fluid and now it keeps stalling out when I have to slow down or come to a stop

I have drove my 2006 Grand Prix for thousands and thousands of miles and
never changed radiator fluid. A friend said it looked really rusty so he drained
it last night and refilled it, but now this morning it starting bogging out and
then quit running all together. I had it toed home and I'm a single mother and
ow don't have any idea of wha to do next

You should be careful when working on 21st Century cars- if you put the wrong coolant in, it can mess things up- things are a little more complicated these days-

If the car overheated due to low coolant level the engine could have seized up. Were there any warning lights on when the car quit?
