lost all original keys to car went to dealer with vin they programed key car will not start

had key made at dealer gave them the vin# ect.. they programed key so do i
just stick the key in and start which did not work or is there a procedure to link
the key to security system

Shouldn't be I'd take it back and ask them to double check...

Double check the vin number they input or sometimes after they program it inside they still have to come inside the car and reset it again. That what happens to my Chevy Taho.
