http://www.ehow.com/how_7833237_repair-water-pump-3800- engine.html While you're at it, make sure to change the heater hose fittings. They are made of shitty plastic and often break, so replace them with Aluminum ones (Dorman part # 47065HP). http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QldgVWRJQJY
