Engine surges and kills and throttle hangs or sticks when accelerated

Asked by JesseVox Mar 28, 2013 at 06:18 PM about the 1994 Chevrolet Corvette Convertible RWD

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Front coolant container I noticed was dry and low coolant indicator was on in dash. Fans were running
tho. and I believe temp was ok.

of course you replaced the low coolant, dripping from the weep hole on the waterpump? of course this has nothing to do with the surging...94 was still a cable accelerator...that's what I thought. something is jostling and do believe the motor mounts are the cause.
