Radio Power On No Sound

Radio will come on but the antenna does not go up. NO sound, but the staions can change and when i search for staions it stops on the stations that are local. What should i check first?

Hello, Corvette_420. Is the radio you're having trouble with a factory-installed original or an aftermarket radio? If it's not original, who installed it?
