Is it ok to mix regular water with ant-freeze

Does anyone know of it is ok to mix water from the
stink with ant-freeze in a car because one of my
friends said its ok to mix them together that they
are the same

Yes, you can use tap water without fear. Distilled water (bottled water) has fewer chemicals but there will be no bad effects by using tap water to mix with the antifreeze unless the tap water has a significant amount of impurities (like iron if it comes from a well).
