Removing radio - still drivable?

Asked by GuruD6NS1 Dec 30, 2017 at 11:18 AM about the 2005 Pontiac Grand Prix Base

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I'm sending in the radio to add a aux input. I understand the security system
and the cars computer are all connected through the radio, so I'm checking to
see if anyone knows if driving the car during this time is okay or should be
avoided.  Thanks
