2005 Pontiac Grand Prix front bumper

Someone hit my front bumper and pushed in the
area around my passenger side fog light. Not too
much damage. Can probably push out the damage
(plastic bumper cover) and use touch up paint
from there. What's the best way to remove the dent
from the plastic bumper cover?

It going to be a pain to pull that dent out, you can try heating it and pulling it out. Me I would go on ebay or a local junk yard and find the same bumper in the same color and change it..
