05 grand prix, When it gets below 30 degrees outside it will not start. Battery shows 12.5 on a voltage meter but when i jump it with my truck it starts....anyone?

Sounds as if your alternator may not be charging the battery. The batrery should have 14.5 volts...

Have the battery load tested and the alternator load tested as well...
