Headers

Question type: Car Customization

Hey what's up GTP'rs, I have an 04 Pontiac Grand Prix
Supercharged... What do you guys recommend for
headers?? I bought some Speed Daddy Headers and ran
into a problem with the cross pipe angled wrong. Crosspipe
will only fit in the back header if the transmission dipstick
tube is off, and even with the crosspipe in on front and back
header the front header won't connect to the front cylinder
head............... Already have 3.5 pulley, CAI, Oversized
Aluminum Radiator, 10.5 wires, LQ4 MAF, Throttle body turn
down pipe, CNC Ported Heads, #130 valve springs and
47KV ignition coils. I guess I probably got the wrong yr
header, IDK. Any thoughts?

I think you need a custom shop to take care of it and an after market part that needs some adjusting is bound to happen

My shop deals in this stuff every day, all day. It can be made to fit for a price, and honestly it shouldn't cost all that much either. Please be sure, though, that your car is going to pass inspection once you make that change. I can't tell you how many customers we put long tube headers on just to have them come back in a year and pay AGAIN to have them removed to pass the smog test.
