Both hoses on my Pontiac Grand Prix Gtp are collapsed,What could be wrong? It's also overheating when the car isn't doing at least 25 mph or above.

You probably don't have much if any water in the radiator. I would open the cap when it is cool and change the thermostat and radiator cap and pour in some new coolant. 50/50 with water.
