I've changed my water pump on a 3800 series motor and bleed the valve and its still running hot I have a Grand Prix Pontiac 2004 do u know what can be the problem

Agree. Make sure the thermostat is good. After that, in spite of attempting to bleed the system there's likely air trapped in the system. Modern cooling systems are extremely difficult to fill without trapping air in them for some reason. If the problem persists you may need to have a shop do it. They have a vacuum tool they use to draw the air out of the system while it fills. I've also heard that filling the system with the car parked facing uphill helps, but I've not tried that myself.
