My car keeps running hot I've changed the thermostat but it's still running hot no pressure is coming out of the pressure relief valve

Check to see if the fan is coming on when it should, look at the fan sensor. Also you may want to flush the entie system with a flushing agent, some of the passes may be plugged in the radiator, clean the outside fins of the radiator with a good cleaning solvent. It may be plugged with leaves and bugs. Also change you radiator cap. Make sure you radiator tank is filled to the proper level.
The car do sent even wanna go pass 4RPM WHEN I TAPPON THE GUESS I WENT TO auto zone and braught PEAK RADIATOR SUPER CLEAN+flush

Sounds like the coolant level is low. Are you sure it was full to begin with and that its full now? That's the most common cause of overheating in these cars.
