Knocking and shaking after replacing the starter

After replacing the starter which was badly worn, it
was knocking and shaking. It changed momentum
or stopped when I put it in other gears.

Did a couple of spark plug wires get swapped during the starter replacement? Was it running fine before you replaced the starter? Check all ignition wires and make sure all other electrical connections and vacuum lines in the vicinity of the starter are intact and properly connected. After that scan for trouble codes and see what you get.
