Accesories stay on when key off and engine off

My 2004 pontiac grand prix gt2 has recently starting
leaving accessories on when i turn the key off to the point
where it kills the battery it does not turn them off i have to
pull fuses from interior fuse panel

The ignition switch immediately comes to mind, but on modern cars that switch ties onto all sorts of relays etc. that tell other parts of the car what to do. Before replacing things you need to do a proper diagnosis. That might best be done by a shop that specializes in automotive electrical repairs. That sounds like a problem they would be able to isolate quite quickly.
