Do the lights inside the panel work? Check fuses then look under the dash for a loose plug ...

I simply took the fuse for the display out and checked it. The fuse was good and I reinserted the. Same fuse. Once I started the engine after the fuse-check, everything worked great an has continued to do so. Thank you Tomfor your feedback!
