When I unplug the [New] Temp. Sender on 2004 Grand Prix, the Coolant fans
RUN. When I PLUG IT IN, and coolant gets to ABOVE 190f, the coolant FANS
then DON'T come on.
WHAT GIVES?

You might check to see if you indeed have the correct sensor.
