When you say will not start do you mean that it will not turn over? If so it could be the anti theft system. Or the chip in your key went south.

I'm not sure, it clicks sometimes when I turn it over. The car has quit on me going down the highway. On the dash sometimes it says charging system failure. I have checked the relay switches they are good.

It could be ignition failure, i have a 2004 gp also my car was recalled for that exact reason reduce the weight on your key ring
