There is no easy answer....I did body work for 20 years.. the best is to replace when possible and or cut out and weld new panels in...coat all new metal with prep and hope for the best...

always been a NJ car as well.......perty much done...you know why.. SALTY ROADS get EVERYWERE..

Salty roads get everywhere? Wash the car weekly and get a good underclass put on it before any rust appears, if you see a paint chip get it fixed right away, treat your car as if it's your child and you will get to see it grow old and possibly outlive you.
