Why is my temp gage going up and down I changed water pump thermostat bleed the cooling system after 50 miles or so I I have to bleed cooling system again then car is fine

I've changed everything that has something to do
with the cooling system seems after driving for a
few miles the car gets more air in the system again
then I bleed it again the car is fine for some more
miles

Look at the radiator water with the cap off and see if there are bubbles. If so you may have a bad head gasket.
