Where is the horn located in the engine compartment of a 2001 Grand Prix se ?

I bought this used and got it home and realized I hadn't tried the horn . It doesn't work .
Looked for the horn itself and can't find it . Where is it "supposed to be ?

Located behind the grill on the driver side

Its on passenger side over the fog light. Two of them.
