I suggest a U.S. made Walbro pump for your application. Made in the USA. Fuel Pump Specifications Walbro Part Number: TU428 Minimum Current: 12 Volts Operating Pressure: 43.5 PSI Minimum Flow @ Outlet: 20 GPH High Pressure Fuel Pump Location: In-Tank I DON'T OWN WALBRO!

Agree. Go with a brand name American made part (if there is such a thing). Just don't buy it from the dealer or you'll pay tow or three times the price you would pay for the same part at an auto parts store. A good parts store should be able to steer you clear of the low end imported stuff and into a line that will last the life of the car. Just ask the parts man.

I bought EGR Valve & Catalytic Converter for 2002 Pontiac Grand Prix GT 3.8L with 225k on Friday, Saturday I had it installed, I should of done the EGR myself just I'm not good with those things & didn't know if I replaced the EGR before the Catalytic Converter if that would mess anything up one before the other as I don't want to be stranded. Only thing is after those 2 things were replaced it still runs like crap. Suggestions? I've asked around. I've been told to get it hooked up to a computer. I contacted another mechanic in MN & he told me take the throttle body off & clean well & then replace.??? 8 Answers
