speedometer and odometer incorrect

my speedometer reads about 5 miles over when going about 30mph and
even higher difference at higher speeds. my odometer is picking up miles
crazy fast about 7x what i am actually going.

If you have changed wheel/tire size from stock will effect speedometer and odometer Remember if you are watching a trip odometer that shows tenths of miles and the total mileage odo does not.

thx your right first car didn't know it was tenths. i feel stupid now in my defense it doesn't have decimals on mine.
