I have a 97 Pontiac Grand Prix that I did a
engine swap everything is good just acting
like it's not getting enough gas but  could it
be the mufflers could be clogged

scan for codes even if the light ain't on , check injectors , did you swap the computer also ?

Swap the computer runs good when not moving but u hear a slight skip then when you're driving it putts but picks up speed
