Heater blows cold

I replaced my starter in my 1999 Pontiac Grand Prix, now the heater on
the driver side only blows cold air. Is the two issues related? Is there a
simple fix?

I do have dual climate control. It was working before I had the starter replaced. Could it be electrical?
