how do i stop the knocking from my ac in my dash?

i have a 99 gtp and every time i turn on my ac theres a knocking sound coming
from inside of my dash,i checked the a/c compressor an it wasnt make any
noise and i dont know where its coming from what do i do?

Had the same problem on my 98. I turned the driver side temp control all the way up to 90 and the knocking went away. I read that the knocking is from the blender box. Hope this helps.

Probably an actuator that opens/closes a vent is broken and spins around , There's a chance it's an easy fix .
