Sometimes when the rubber weather stripping gets old, it can get in the way when rolling up the window. Check the weather stripping around the window to see if it has cracks in it or is misaligned.

You might try lubricating the tracks with spray silicone. If that works for you buy some stick silicone and apply it like "chap stick" to the tracks, this will give you a longer term remedy to the problem.
