'98 GTP been stalling at low speeds.

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Car is a 1998 GTP 3.8L V6 auto trans with that perf shift and what not.
Thus far this issue has not reared its ugly head at speed. Normally when pulling out of the driveway it stalls and I lose all power. No fun when you drive a boat :c
Car seems to die out once the gas is released. SES light came on for TPS fault, but we replaced it and nothing has changed. Bent out tab 85 in the passenger fuse box for the ?fuel relay? today as i read the fuel pump is 2 speed and this could put it in high power mode or something? At least then i could narrow down the issue, figured it couldn't hurt to try for a mile ride to the hill.
Also noticed lately it doesn't want to shift until around 4k rpms and it seems to not want to settle into the final gear, as it continue to rev sort of high in my opinion.
This is Grandma's car were talking about too. I can't imagine it's something major, this car has always been well taken care of. I'm still hoping sensors are to blame :/
