I would start by troubleshooting the fuel pump. They typically fail without warning. Turn the key to the run position and see if you can her it humming. If you can't that's probably what's wrong. If you can her it then its most likely fine.

Fuel pump may be fine but the fuel filter may be clogged and no fuel reaches the injectors. Check to see if you have fuel pressure at the fuel rail.
