You can see that the wire is broken. Are you noticing any problems? It would be a good idea to see where the wire goes. The oil is common but yours looks a bit much, just leaking oil pan, possible rear seal. How much oil does it loose?

There are oil spots on the ground not much, the dipstick shows it to be a just under full line. Its been in my garage fr approx 3-4 months, battery reconnection is all I did so when I did start it up about after 5_10 min it was showing smoke like it was burning the oil off, I shut it off and looked under it seen that hanging but to me it looks like wires?

I honestly dont know, nothing obvious. Besides the excessive oil buildup, which is probably why it started to smoke (burning oil)? and the outside temp display inside of the car is not accurate

Yea probably the oil burning off the engine or exhaust. Long as it is not coming out the tail pipe. On that wire, it probably hooks up to a connector, like the oil pressure sending unit, which also can produce a pretty good oil leak, may want to look at that. Just look for sensors without a wire running to it.

Yeah no smoke from tailpipe. I'll go do some exploring thanks for the help I know what to look for now.
