wat happens with just tap water in radiator of 3800?

Tap water will cause nearly instant electrolysis, rust and corrosion. Never use tap water alone, ALWAYS mix it with the manufacturer's recommended type of coolant.

Straight water will freeze when the weather gets cold and prevent it from starting
